It covers all aspects of senior care both in and out of the home, the services and resources available, the legal and financial considerations to take into account, the best practices to folllow and missteps to avoid. Subsequent sessions will take a deeper dive into each of these topics.

As an approved GUIDE Model provider, Lizzy Care offers 24/7 access to trusted medical professionals and builds a connected care circle that brings doctors, friends, and family together through an easy-to-use platform and app. This coordinated approach helps caregivers feel supported and less anxious every step of the way. In this session, we will outline GUIDE’s benefits, clarify eligibility and enrollment steps, and share how Lizzy Care empowers caregivers with ongoing, personalized support.
